At the forefront of Treasure Trove’s success is a team of well co-ordinated professionals, who understand the importance of prompt and efficient service and work closely as a team, maintaining a hands-on, flexible and personalized approach to the business. The team is headed by the founder, Mr. Edward Kalema.

Mr. Eddie Kalema founded Treasure Trove in 2006 and is the President/CEO mm with more than fifteen years of practical experience in landed properties, surveying and commission agency. From scratch Mr. Kalema has transformed Treasure Trove to be worth over 10billion Uganda Shillings (over US$ 4million) in residential and commercial properties and titled plots of land.

Mr. John Peter Katumba, Chief Operations Officer John Peter Katumba is the Chief Operations Officer at Treasure Trove. In 2009, John Peter joined the property industry and his experience in real estate has been largely hands-on for this time. The Operations, Public Relations and Sales aspect of the company has developed its reputation solely through his dedication and to-date, few could beat him in gauging accurate property values.

Mr. Moses Engadu, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Moses Engadu is the head of the Marketing, Sales and Letting department of Treasure Trove. He is involved in all aspects of agency such as marketing properties, negotiating and agreeing terms with various parties, drawing up legal documents and ensuring proper execution, accounting for client funds and generally managing the agency team. As Chief of Marketing at Treasure Trove, Moses Engadu plans, directs and controls all business and marketing efforts for the company. His role therefore includes formulating strategy and coordinating the execution and implementation of advertising campaigns for Uganda’s largest FMCG, retail, automotive and financial advertisers.

Mr. Stephen Kalema, Chief Finance Officer Stephen Kalema joined Treasure Trove as Chief Finance Officer in the year 2010 after having worked with ENGASEM Limited for 6 years as a Finance and Tax Partner. Without a doubt, he comes with valuable finance experience having dealt with local governments, companies and donor funded projects.

Mr. Paul Mutebi, Computer and Technology Associate Paul Mutebi is the Computer and Technology Associate of Treasure Trove. When it comes to the knowledge of computers and the application of technology, Paul Mutebi is the principal leader at Treasure Trove. He is the designer of the company's web site www.treasuretrove.co.ug as well as one of the key members responsible for the preparation of the colour brochures. In addition, Paul Mutebi has created database programs to assist the management of Treasure Trove to record the progress and development of all residential and commercial properties. Moreover, he is the "wizard" member at Treasure Trove responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting electronic correspondence via email as well as a wide range of technological applications to the real estate business.
